Reality has hit me pretty hard. I found out that with my disabilities, it'll be very hard for me to get a full-time job that pays a lot of money. I wish I'd never been born disabled.
Bull. Lie if you must, but don't let a weakness get in the way of your ambition. You're a perfectly normal guy, and don't let some *Excuse me here* jackass diagnosis make you think otherwise.

I also have autism...well, Asperger's is more correct. But don't see it as being a disability. Indeed, see it more as an enhancement. People with these conditions always thing and behave more maturely than others, plus we have above average intelligence. Why not try using that to your advantage. i'm sure there's organisations that specifically take on people with Autism and similar conditions, or even help you find work.
Remember, it's only a disability if you let it affect you as one
