I've got this frigging annoying headache! I've been getting them a lot lately, and I just don't know why. I hope it's nothing too serious.

I've been quite busy for the past couple of days. My godfather Uncle Bob and his daughter, my cousin Maddie, came down from Alaska to visit. We were doing all sorts of things with them, including going to a baseball game and seeing "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince", because Uncle Bob hadn't seen it yet.

I've also made a few new friends in a mingle group for people with disabilities. We've gotten together on Tuesday nights and participated in all sorts of activities (field trips, game nights, etc.). Anyway, tonight was Talent Night and I performed a song by the Beatles (I'm Happy Just to Dance With You) as my talent. I received a lot of applause from the audience, which consisted of both parents and fellow Mingle members. One person performed magic tricks, and another person (James) performed tae kwon do. It was a fun night, although the one thing I didn't like was this: We were playing a game in which we were celebrities and had to figure out each other's identies. Some people were Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and even Miss Piggy from the Muppets. I was Zac Efron, unfortunately. Aside from that, it was a blast!

I found an interesting article in my local newspaper. A few steam locomotives have been found in a scrapyard, and one of them may be coming to the Virginia Museum of Tranaportation.

In other news, I saw "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" on Wednesday. It was a great adaptation of the book, and it was especially awesome to see Ron playing on the Gryffindor Quidditch team!

Yesterday was a painful day. I woke up that morning and discovered that I had a charley horse. I usually get those on my right leg and the pain was agonizing. My leg still kinda hurts now. If that's not bad enough, I developed a headache while working at Walmart and was unable to do anything about it. It's still here, unfortunately.

Hope he's having a great 69th birthday, and he's my all-time favorite Beatle! In fact, he's one of the reasons why I'm a Beatles fan. I even learned how to play the drums just by listening to him!
